Anna Craycroft is writing A Weekly Correspondence in conjunction with her exhibition C’mon Language currently on view at Portland Institute for Contemporary Art, June-September 2013. In each installment Craycroft integrates influences from her research with ideas presented by the different contributors to the exhibition. In this Correspondence #7 Craycroft considers Vygotsky‘s theories of language development and Claire Barliant‘s workshops on Oulipo writing constraints.
