Anna Craycroft is writing A Weekly Correspondence in conjunction with her exhibition C’mon Language currently on view at Portland Institute for Contemporary Art, June-September 2013. In each installment Craycroft integrates influences from her research with ideas presented by the different contributors to the exhibition. In this Correspondence #4 Craycroft works with her mother Dr. Lynn Passy to apply Montessori’s techniques of sensory education to some ideas on the “fact” versus the “copy” as introduced by copyright lawyer Kohel Haver during his lecture.
